How Do I Open a MEXEM Account? Step-by-Step Guide

A complete guide from opening your brokerage account to the first system link.

Step-by-step: Opening a MEXEM account

  1. Go to mexem.com Click on ‘Open an Account’ or ‘Rekening openen’. Choose an Individual Account (private account).
  2. Fill in your personal details Enter your name, address, date of birth and tax identification number (BSN in the Netherlands). This is required for KYC (Know Your Customer) regulations.
  3. Investment experience questionnaire MEXEM will ask questions about your investment experience and financial situation. Answer these as accurately as possible. This determines which products will be available on your account.
  4. Identity verification (ID check) Upload a copy of your passport or ID card and a recent proof of address (bank statement or utility bill, no older than 3 months).
  5. Wait for approval Approval usually takes 2–5 working days. You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been approved.
  6. Make a deposit Transfer the required capital to your MEXEM account via SEPA bank transfer. Use the bank details provided by MEXEM and include your account number in the description.
  7. Link via Systems2follow Send your MEXEM account number to info@systems2follow.com. We will arrange the link to the chosen system as soon as your subscription is active and the capital has been credited.

I received an email from MEXEM about my deposit – what should I do? MEXEM may ask you to confirm your bank details in the portal when making your first deposit. Log in, go to ‘Transfer & Pay → Transaction Status’ and confirm the bank transfer. Contact us if you are unsure what to do.
