How Do I Renew My Subscription?

Everything about the renewal process, payment methods and whether your subscription is automatically renewed.

Is my subscription automatically renewed? No. At Systems2follow we never automatically debit your account. There is no automatic direct debit and you do not give any authorisation for recurring payments. You always pay actively via a personal payment link that you receive from us.

✅ You always stay in full control: No surprises on your bank statement. Every renewal is a conscious choice that you make yourself.

How does the renewal process work?

  1. Personal message from our team Around the end of your subscription period, we will personally contact you – by email and possibly by phone. We will give you an overview of the recent results and the available renewal options.
  2. Make your choice You decide whether you want to renew for 1 or 2 years, and whether you want to keep the current number of factors or increase them. We are happy to think along with you to find the best option for your situation.
  3. Receive a payment link You will receive a personal payment link via PayPro or PAY.nl for the chosen subscription. The link clearly shows the amount and the duration.
  4. Complete the payment As soon as you have made the payment, we will confirm the renewal and your system will remain active. You will receive an invoice at the email address you provided.

What if I do not want to renew? No problem at all. If you choose not to renew your subscription, simply let us know by email at info@systems2follow.com. We will then unlink your account from the system on the end date. Your capital remains untouched on your own MEXEM account.

Can I expand my system when renewing? Yes, absolutely. When renewing you can choose a higher number of factors or add another system. Our team is happy to give you personal advice on which expansion best suits your situation. The extra discount for multiple factors also applies during renewal.

Payment methods Payment is processed via our payment providers PayPro and PAY.nl. The following payment methods are available:

  • iDEAL (Netherlands)
  • Bank transfer (SEPA)
  • Credit card (depending on provider)
